Jerry Lee Rogers, age 45 of Concord, passed away on Friday, August 31, 2012 at CMC-NorthEast in Concord.

The family will receive friends at Universal House of Prayer on Friday, September 7, 2012, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 2 p.m. officiated by Rev Jimmy Marlow, Rev. A. W. Sutton, and Rev. Lloyd Sutton. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.

Jerry was born on October 30, 1966 in Cabarrus County. He worked for FLSA in Concord.

He is survived by: parents, Jack and Faye Clay of Concord; son, Jerry Rogers, Jr.; daughters, Savana and Samantha Rogers; daughters, Jessica Rogers Barreiro-Talbert, Amber Rogers Summa and husband Anthony ; sisters, Cathy Drake and husband Paul, and Wateree Allen; brother, Jack Clay, Jr. and wife Jennifer; grandchild, Maria Barreiro-Talbert; nieces and nephews, Jaylan Emily Jo Drake, John Clay, Colby Clay, and Taylor Allen.
